I'm staging the Joomla 2.5 version of my site in a subdomain of the live 1.5 site. Will there be any issues when I transfer the 2.5 site (with EFSEO) to the root folder?

I ask because I noticed in the MySQL database ('***_plg_easyfrontendseo') that the "url" column contains the /subdomain/. Will this be automatically sorted out when I move 2.5 site to root folder, or is there something I must do to ensure a smooth transfer?
