unpublished article/registered user article - no public use

Would it be possible in general to load an unpublished article from within acymailing enterprise when using ECR?

Would it be possible to set articles with specific registered user permissions, so I can load in acymailing only? I do not want it to be accessible publicly if the user 'guesses the category under which it is'?
