Login page - Forgot your password? No Spam Check?

Everything works fine with the ECC+ - EasyCalcCheck Plus EXCEPT on one page.

When I click to "Log in" and select the "Forgot your password?" link the Spam Check doesn't show up on that page?
If I input my email address and click submit I get an error message that says "You failed the spam check. Please try again!"

By the way I have a Subscription but have no idea where to submit Support Questions for help?
The message on the forum says "Important: Don't use this section for support requests!"

So I went to the Contact page and that says:
Attention: This is not a support form! No support via e-mail!
If you need support, then please subscribe here: Subscription system

Where do I submit a support question for help? if not on the forum or thru the contact form???
