ECC+ does not show-joomla 2.5-Artisteer

ECC+ version for 2.5

The ECC+ extension does not show up at all on my site after successful installation. I don't see any way to alter the settings. You say it's a plug-in but ECC+ does not appear in the plug-ins manager, only in the extensions manager and there are no settings to alter there.

Any help would be appreciated. I've used Google Captcha-Recapcha but it does not work with Artisteer templates. Artisteer is a vital part of our program.
