How to enable Image Upload in Pro version?

Hi, I just purchased the Pro version because you state it has "Image upload (Pro version only)" yet after installing the Pro version all I see are the same image URL option as were in the free version. How and where do I enable users to upload their own images?

UPDATE: Found it. I needed to go back into the plugin and enable the upload field!
