ECC Not Working on 1.5.25 Site

I am running Joomla 1.5.25 and installed ECC+ 1.5-14. No errors. I registered and received public/private keys from reCaptcha website. I also am using an Artiseer customized Template (which I selected in the configuration). When I navigate to the Joomla default/built-in Contacts page, the ECC and reCaptcha does not show. Any ideas? By the way, I also installed ECC+ (version 1.7-2) on a Joomla 1.7.3 site and it works fine.
