Separate Name and Surname field?

Dear KR dev team,
Thanks for a great component, I just tested it and I really like it very much. However, I feel that if name field could be separate into two (name and surname) that would help us to fill in well.

This matter may not well fit to euro community but for us as Cambodia, we used to fill surname first. Therefore it will bring conflict and don't know which one is for name or surname.

BTW, please also add "Tooltip" functionality. It will help common user who are not in high tech understand each of name field such Skype. If there is an explanation that would be good to everyone.
