Formatting Problems

I am quite new to Joomla so I hope I am not asking 2 simple questions. I have searched the forum but couldn't see any related topics.

Q1. If I diisplay the page title from the menu created for the guestbook, the top of the title text is missing (also on the title text on the sign guestbook page) as though the text is being shown slightly too high. Is there a way to lower this slightly so it displays properly?

Q2. The text on the buttons on the sign guestbook page is too big and does not fit on the buttons. Can this be made smaller and Again is this an easy fix?
