Error: JHTMLicon not supported. File not found. wurde erstellt von 12C VISUALS

I have freshly installed Easybook and ECC+- EasyCalcCheck Plus.
This error-message appears when I post a message in the Easybook: JHTMLicon not supported. File not found., in the error-message place.

The Easybook is not yet visible for public, only administrators so I can´t show you live. But will include a screenshot.

Where do you suggest I look for the solution?
