not working

Hi,

I am using this module in www.wishihaddonethat.com/, but the image shows up for a second and then vanishes in IE or Firefox, but worked fine in Chrome.

I uninstalled it and then re-installed it again, and now it vanishes in Chrome as well.

Please help.
