great SIGE for a single file not a folder

dear all
sorry i use english because i do not understand DUTCH at all
the SIGE is really a great full plugin with many useful option
but i have a problem
i need to use just a single image between my content but i need using SIGE great function for it
for example i have 10 images in my root folder and i want to use 4 of them between my text in one of my content and use 3 of them in another content and so on.
but with SIGE all images load at once
what can i do
can anybody edit SIGE for using file not folder
